4 COURSE DINNER MENU IN COLLAB WITH SMOKENHAGEN, FUMERA BAND AND MICROBREWS
THE MENU:
- Burrata with grilled grapes and thin sliced beef jerky
- 3x ribs (garlic, olive oil, thyme, honey glaze) with pickle salad and sourdough focaccia bread
- Gnocchi with cacio e pepe, BBQ brisket and grilled veggies
- Smoked creme caramel
The menu is made four hands in a fabulous collab with Smokenhagen BBQ, where pitmaster Bent is collaborating with Marco in the kitchen to bring the amazing Traeger and Primo smokers, to make an incredible 4 course menu, a great Italian and traditional american BBQ mix! Fumera is an alternative rock band formed in 2020 in Copenhagen. Their music combines blues roots, melodic vocals, and a psychedelic attitude. The lyrics explore human imperfections and vulnerability in a stream of consciousness vivid with dream-like imagery.
After a year of activity and activism in Copenhagen’s underground music scene with the collective Broken Index, the band is now ready to release their first LP, titled be kind. The album spans a wide range of music genres and brings the listener on a journey from the fuzz guitars and cold landscapes of Scandinavia to the desert of spaghetti western trumpets. Supported by trumpetist Jonas Scheffler Kristensen from Oriental Park Bug Boys, the resulting sound of the album is unique, powerful, and melodic.
In the ten songs, the band talks about failure, stress, and anxiety, but also about friendship and self-acceptance. be kind is a prayer, be kind with yourself, with your friends or with a stranger.
